You may withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving it by returning it to us. In order to do so, you must register your return through our contact form before shipping it to us. Clearly indicate what order it was and what item(s) within the order you wish to return. You do not have to give a reason for returning your purchase (although you are free to do so if you please!). In case you want to return an item because it was processed incorrectly (e.g. you did not receive the item ordered, the item was damaged) you do need to tell us. We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Products should be complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging when being returned. PLEASE NOTE: many of our products CANNOT be returned for reasons of hygiene or ONLY when the seal on the packaging has not been broken. Our false eyelashes are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. Gift cards and customized products cannot be returned either. We ask for your understanding in these matters.
The shipping costs involved in the return are to be paid by you and shipping happens at your own risk. Make sure the product is properly packaged and has sufficient postage. In case of damage caused by inadequate packaging or when no or insufficient postage has been paid, we will not process your return. Include a letter containing at least your name, address, bank account number and order number.
We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving the returned products. We will notifiy you of all developments via e-mail.
