Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except for national holidays. We aim to get your order delivered in two business days, although ordering before 4pm will usually mean you’ll have your package the next business day (within The Netherlands)! Our orders are delivered by PostNL.
In most cases, our shipments will fit through your mailbox. How convenient, you will no longer have to wait for the delivery person to arrive! We offer two options for shipments within The Netherlands: Regular and with Track & Trace. Regular is the default shipment method. Your package will be delivered through your mailbox but it cannot be traced. If you want to know where your package is at all times, you can choose Track & Trace. Your shipment will still be delivered through your mailbox (convenient!) but you will be able to follow it at PostNL (convenient as well!).
Are you not based in The Netherlands but do you still want to order from us? Not a problem! For international orders we also offer two shipping options: regular and registered. Regular is just plain old letter mail, while registered means you will get a Track & Trace to follow your package and you will have to sign for it at reception.
